VB DEVELOPMENT FOUNDER

Greg Copeland (Founder/CEO)

Greg serves as the leader in all aspects of Valiant Buffalo Development, a role in which he takes great pride in and leads by example.  His interest in the construction and development industry started to take root at an early age as he recalls visiting numerous jobsites as a child and reviewing plans for fun with his father who was (and is) in the construction business as a pre-construction expert.  Years later Greg was afforded the opportunity to work alongside his Father for five years where he began to learn and craft his skills in the art of pre-construction and project management with a reputable Commercial General Contractor further evolving his love for the tangibility that construction and development offer.  To expand his knowledge and growth, Greg joined on with a local retail development firm where he was even more entrenched in the development process in everything from pre-development to project construction/completion and everything in between.

A key to the success in leading VB Development comes from the fact that Greg has positioned himself to be a well-rounded and knowledgeable individual with nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate sector in roles for pre-construction and project management on both the General Contractor and Ownership side of the equation.  Being well versed in multiple facets of the development process with a strong track record of turning project ideas into tangible end user experiences has been a joy for Greg and he knows Valiant Buffalo Development will be able to help lead those needing to see their commercial real estate goals and visions come to fruition.

Aside from being involved with the activities of VB Development, Greg enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful wife Lindsey and two young sons Elijah and Dashel.  A former hockey player, Greg now coaches his son Elijah's hockey team and looks forward to passing the love of the sport to him.  He's also involved with the local Down syndrome Partnership of North Texas to help support and advocate for his son Dashel and others in the local community (and beyond) who have a child or loved one with Down syndrome. Lastly, above all else, Greg loves Jesus Christ with all of his heart and strives to live a life pleasing to the King of Kings and leaving a lasting impression with everyone he meets, encounters and interacts with.  In a world of common, Greg chooses to be uncommon in hopes of standing out to be a light of hope and inspiration to others.
