PROJECT ESTIMATING

VB Development will provide full service estimating to accommodate the various levels of need at certain stages of the pre-development and construction process. In addition to supporting Owners and End Users, our services extend across the table to General Contractor partners and will include but is not necessarily limited to the following:

Preliminary/conceptual estimating for non-GC clients (Owners and End Users)
- Owners who are not yet ready to engage with a General Contractor to establish potential construction costs can eliminate the stress and hassle and utilize our services for compiling a comprehensive preliminary/conceptual estimate. No matter the level of available information about a particular project, whether limited or in vast supply, a fully thought out preliminary/conceptual estimate will be provided that will encompass the full scope of work required to construct the project. At times, feedback and soft bids from trustworthy subcontractors can and will be utilized to establish and reinforce estimate costs to ensure accuracy. If an eventual engagement with a General Contractor is needed and/or required, we can take the charge in heading those coordination efforts.

- General Contractors who are shorthanded or are in need of an additional pre-construction boost can utilize our services for compiling a comprehensive preliminary/conceptual estimate. No matter the level of available information about a particular project, whether limited or in vast supply, a fully thought out preliminary/conceptual estimate will be provided that will encompass the full scope of work required to construct the project. At times, feedback and soft bids from trustworthy subcontractors can and will be utilized to establish and reinforce estimate costs to ensure accuracy.

Hard/Competitive bid estimating for General Contractor partners
- General Contractors who are shorthanded or are in need of an additional pre-construction boost can utilize our services for compiling a comprehensive bid package which includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: sending out invitations to bid to a full list of reputable and trustworthy subcontractors, full scope CSI estimate with estimate review(s), subcontractor bid analysis and project award and turnover to client.
